Además busca concientizar sobre la importancia de la detección y atención temprana, así como del derecho a un tratamiento oportuno e integral de las personas con enfermedad mental, asimismo, combatir el estigma y la discriminación.
Totally agree with the message in this post — mental health took such a hit during the pandemic, and it really reminded me how important it is to slow down and take care of yourself in simple ways. Honestly, being in nature does more for my mood than any screen break or quick nap ever could. It’s those quiet moments, breathing fresh air, when things suddenly feel lighter and clearer.
