Defensa de los derechos de salud mental

La fragilidad, la vulnerabilidad de una niña victimizada en los pasados días, pone al descubierto varias situaciones. La falta de protocolos de seguridad en las escuelas, la inseguridad en la que vivimos en las calles, la maldad de las personas que se aprovechan de los más indefensos y la más crucial, que se gesta en el núcleo familiar, que debe hacer responsables a los padres y las madres en la formación de sus hijos. Y en el caso de que se necesite apoyo por discapacidad mental, el Estado debería cubrir y contener a estas familias.
En este terrible caso hay un Estado que responsabiliza a la madre y a la escuela, mientras instituciones como el DIF fallaron en contener, comprender y soportar a la familia, dado que años antes la familia buscó el apoyo porque la madre de Fátima acusa una enfermedad mental. Vemos una clara y falla total de servicios de apoyo a la salud mental de las familias, no hay programas preventivos, no existen apoyos a los niños, dejando en claro que la salud mental esta desatendida.
En este caso, las instituciones judiciales no actuaron expeditamente acelerando las investigaciones, la falta de protocolos de emergencia y acciones contundentes contra estos criminales.
¿Cuánta responsabilidad recae sobre un sistema de gobierno que orilla a la sociedad a vivir con miedo de lo que les pueda pasar? ¿Cuánta responsabilidad recae sobre las autoridades escolares que obliga a las familias a no tener ninguna garantía y exime de responsabilidad sobre la custodia de los menores? ¿Y cuánta responsabilidad recae en una sociedad machista?
